Why Small Is The Real Winner With People
Do you really know who are the right people for you?
Seems like a simple enough question, but also one that we don’t ask ourselves regularly (or consciously) until/unless we go through some relationship breakdown.
Then we can suddenly become VERY introspective. We wonder what we need to do differently to attract the “right” people into our lives.
I’ve found this to also be true in business regarding identifying who the most ideal, best people are for me to work with.

What I’ve learned in both my personal and professional journeys is that the “right” people or most ideal folks for me to grow with and serve are not the masses.
Influencer culture (particularly in entrepreneurial business) tries to convince us to follow trends and hacks to reach the masses.
They’re under a (seemingly) lack mentality that says significance only comes with a high following amount or large audience volume.
